What we can do to reduce food loss
We want to contribute to society by turning delicious substandard fruit into gelato.
It is said that 6 million tons of agricultural products are not distributed in Japan each year.
For example, crops that fall over due to typhoons are thrown away.
To reduce food loss, we decided to make our own original gelato.
